Atelier Cupid pieces are crafted with intention and care. Each order is handled individually to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully — wherever you are.
Please note that our shipping timelines exclude weekends, public holidays, and any unforeseen courier delays such as weather conditions, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.
If changes are made to your delivery preferences after checkout, they may also affect your delivery timeframe. For the most accurate updates, refer to the dates provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.
/01 Split Shipments
If the estimated dispatch dates for multiple items in your order differ by more than 7 days, your order may be sent in separate shipments.
This ensures that each piece reaches you as soon as it’s ready. You’ll be notified if this occurs and provided with tracking details for each parcel.
/02 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order subtotal before taxes, discounts, and any non-refundable charges.
Please note that shipping costs are separate from any customs duties, VAT, or import fees that may apply to international orders.
/03 Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside Australia, additional customs duties, taxes, or service fees may apply.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on specific import costs.
Atelier Cupid is unable to reimburse customs or tax payments made upon delivery.

Ready-made piece are dispatched within 5 business days.
